How soon will you process my order?
Online orders are processed the next business day unless the next business day is a holiday.
If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will reach out to you immediately by phone or email.
What are your shipping charges?
We apply the weight, insurance, and overall dimensions of the items for a flat rate based on USPS.
Shipping large pieces of furniture will require a White Glove shipper, who will provide placement, set-up and removal of packaging materials. Please note that — with the exception of Standard and Express delivery and UPS Mail Innovations — the freight carrier will text, call, or email to schedule a delivery appointment. We will work with you to find and confirm a White Glove carrier. The cost for the White Glove shipper will be the customers responsibility.
If upon purchasing a piece of furniture and the cost of shipping is more than you anticipated, the entire purchase price will be refunded to your account.
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method as purchase, within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods, in original packaging, with receipt.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Our in-store showroom return policy offers returns for unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
Our Internet Purchase return policy allows returns and refunds if a customer is not completely satisfied with an item purchased from our web site. Specialty items, custom work, and shipping costs are not refundable.
Antique, Primitive, Vintage, and Found items are sold “as is” regardless of which retail venue of ours it is purchased from. Each of the aforementioned items are not in perfect condition, and may have nicks, stains, dents or tears consistent with wear & tear from years of service and may require repair or have functional defects. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Each item is carefully inspected before sending to customers.
If an item is listed as genuine, but can be proven otherwise to be a fake or reproduction, the item may be returned on the premise that it is "not as described".
