The top mat is a black mat with an opening; underneath that, the art is floated on acid free foam core to raise it up, and then is floated on another black mat. Outside dimensions: ~12 3/4 x 15 3/4 inches. This piece has UV anti-reflective glass (which has up to 70% UV protection), acid free foam core, and a wire to hang.
