International shipping may be available for certain items but will be reviewed by mi State of Mind on a case-by-case basis and the order may be cancelled with a full refund if a desired shipping destination is not available for a particular order. mi State of Mind uses standard US Postal Service shipping methods which are available for your selection during the checkout process. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days unless an expedited shipping method is available and selected for your order.

Refund Policy

If there is a defect with the product received from mistateofmind.com at the time of delivery, the item(s) may be returned for a full refund. Please send the item to us at the address below and include a note stating what the issue is with the item. You will receive a refund for the defective product(s) as well as return shipping costs.

Returns of "sale/clearance" items and food/drink items are not permitted.
To simply return allowable items for a full refund, please either bring or send in the item to us at the address above (preferably in the box it came in) with either the order confirmation included or a note with the order number.
