If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
Lost, damaged, misdelivered, or packages marked as delivered. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact the carrier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number(s).
Qualifying merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only. All returns must be in the original condition as sold and include all packaging.
Returns must be made within 14 days and accompanied by the sales receipt. Shipping will not be refunded and new shipping charges may apply.

Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and issued via email as an E-Credit.
All returns must be received *within 14 days*of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damage, incorrect or missing item, please contact customer service within 3 business days of receiving your order.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
