Shipping Policy
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipping within 24 hours, but all ship within 72 hours. Shipping times vary depending on which shipping method the you choose at check out. We ship USPS out of Michigan.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer our shipping at discounted rates. All shipments vary depending on weight and distance from Michigan. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50 with the code FREESHIP.
What if I'm shipping a gift?
Please let us know! We lovingly ship every order, but a bit more love and attention if we know it's going directly to the recipient. Let us know in the notes or email us at greenhippogifts@gmail.com and we'll include a FREE handwritten postcard. Just let us know what to write!
Refund Policy
Returns for exchange or store credit only.
Online Items need to be unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by customer. All original packaging needs to be in tact. Packages will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Replaced items will be charged a shipping fee. Green Hippo Gifts is not responsible and will not offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
*Any curbside orders not picked up within 10 days will not be refunded.
*Green Hippo Gifts is not responsible for delays with shipping carriers and will not issue refunds for orders that arrive after expected delivery date.
*In-store return policy: Returns for exchange or store credit only. Items need to be returned within 14 days with receipt, in the same condition in which they were shipped. They need to be unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by customer. All original packaging needs to be in tact.
**No returns or exchanges on seasonal items.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled. Please see return policy for refund information. Exchanges can be made in store for free if the sizes are available or a store credit will be given. Exchanges made via mail will be at the purchasers expense.
