Shipping Policy

We process orders within 2 Business days Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or after a holiday will ship the following business day. All orders ship from Ortonville, MI It’s the Little Things country store  is NOT responsible for:

Refund Policy

Qualifying merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only. All returns must be in the original condition as sold and include all packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days and accompanied by the sales receipt. Shipping will not be refunded and new shipping charges may apply.

  • Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and issued via email as an E-Credit.
  • All returns must be received *within 14 days*of the purchase date.
  • Items must be  unworn,  unwashed,  undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damage, incorrect or missing item, please contact customer service within 3 business days of receiving your order.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
