If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
Lost, damaged, misdelivered, or packages marked as delivered. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact the carrier.

Refund Policy

Qualifying merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only. All returns must be in the original condition as sold and include all packaging. Returns must be made within 10 days and accompanied by the sales receipt. Shipping will not be refunded and new shipping charges may apply.
