- If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
- Lost, damaged, misdelivered, or packages marked as delivered. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact the carrier.

Refund Policy
Qualifying merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only. All returns must be in the original condition as sold and include all packaging.
Returns must be made within 10 days and accompanied by the sales receipt. Shipping will not be refunded and new shipping charges may apply.

- All returns must be received *within 10 days*of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

- Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damage, incorrect or missing item, please contact customer service within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- If you received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
