Our in-store showroom return policy offers returns for unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Our Internet Purchase return policy  allows returns and refunds if a customer is not completely satisfied with an item purchased from our web site. Specialty items, custom work, and shipping costs are not refundable. Antique, Primitive, Vintage, and Found items are sold “as is” regardless of which retail venue of ours it is purchased from. Each of the aforementioned items are not in perfect condition, and may have nicks, stains, dents or tears consistent with wear & tear from years of service and may require repair or have functional defects. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Each item is carefully inspected before sending to customers. If an item is listed as genuine, but can be proven otherwise to be a fake or reproduction, the item may be returned on the premise that it is "not as described".
